We started by building financial tools, but repeatedly saw that revenue outcomes depend on more than payments alone. Critical execution happens across people, documents, travel, vendors, events, communications and operational handoffs. AlvinOS was created to connect those workflows into a shared execution layer.

CEO
Winston is an ex-Paystack Product Manager and former VC with a decade of experience building and investing in African software companies. He leads Alvin’s product vision, combining deep understanding of fintech, embedded finance and operational systems with the strategic insight required to build infrastructure for scale.
Vere Shaba
COO
Vere is a mechanical engineer, Forbes 30 Under 30 entrepreneur and experienced operator who has built and run a successful SME in the green building sector. She brings firsthand understanding of the operational, compliance and distribution challenges African SMEs face, helping Alvin translate complex workflows into practical, scalable systems.
