Critical execution happens across people, documents, travel, vendors, events, communications and operational handoffs. AlvinOS was created to connect those workflows into a shared execution layer.

Winston Reid
CEO
Winston Reid is an American technology founder with more than a decade of experience building, investing in and operating software businesses across African markets. Before founding Alvin, he worked in venture capital and fintech product development, including as a Product Manager at Paystack. His career has spanned the United States and markets across North, West, East and Southern Africa, giving him direct experience navigating fragmented financial, institutional and operational environments. Winston has spoken at forums including TEDxIE Madrid, the Africa Financial Industry Summit and AfricArena. At Alvin, he leads product strategy, commercial development and the company’s expansion across cross-border institutional markets.
Vere Shaba
COO
Vere Shaba is a mechanical engineer, entrepreneur and Forbes Africa 30 Under 30 honoree with extensive experience across sustainable infrastructure, engineering delivery and institutional partnerships in African markets. Before Alvin, she founded and operated a multidisciplinary green-building and engineering company serving commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, retail and residential environments. Her career has included work with multinational engineering consultancies, Green Building Councils and organizations advancing climate resilience and sustainable development across Africa. At Alvin, Vere leads institutional strategy, operating model development and strategic distribution across climate, infrastructure and enterprise networks.
